Proper Dress For Christian Women

Christian women should dress modestly. Back when I was single, I lived by this saying: "Show enough skin to keep them interested; cover enough to keep them wondering." I believe that the point of clothing was to make men wonder what you had on underneath. How could you make them wonder, if they could see your thong sticking out, and know what color your bra was?

I’m not an expert nor do I claim to be one. However, I know many girls and women that attend church and say they are Christians but the way they dress does not show that. I believe that Christian girls should not wear short shorts, mini skirts, really tight jeans, fish nets, shirts that show cleavage and bikinis. Christian women may wear plus size dresses but they should wear modest clothes. Modesty is about helping keep things decent, not just in public action, but private thought. This is not to say that they need to absolutely hide the feminine form, but on the other hand, they sure could help their brothers in the faith out a good deal more, in their walk with God, by making some more modest choices in clothing, and saving being sexually attractive for the one person you're married to in private.
