Home Loan

Back in Texas seven years ago, hubby and I have been shopping for a house to buy when we moved to another city. I've been searching those homes for sale in the papers and also in the internet. Both hubby and I were working that time and also we have our income from the monthly payment of our house that we sold to my step-daughter. Of course hubby and I needed to get a home loan so we could buy the house that we wanted. There was this one website that helps people with good and bad credit get a home loan called http://www.advantagehomerates.com. Their website is easy to navigate and they even have a home loan tuturials and mortgage help for their clients. Their experts can give you information so you can make a decision about your first loan. The problem was, hubby and I didn't have a credit history so we were not qualified to buy a house or avail a loan program. I learned that it's better to have a bad credit that no credit history at all. Hubby didn't want to apply for a credit card before to build up his credit thus we can't buy anything on credit when we needed it. Hubby is a good payer so I know that if he will get any mortgages, he will pay it regularly and on time and later on he will have a good credit history. We ended up buying a house from an acquaintance when she asked if we want to take over the payment of her daughter's house because she will be moving to an apartment. The house owner didn't require us to have a credit history at all. That was really a blessing from the Lord.

Many people dream of home ownership but it mandates homework, legwork and considerable effort on your part to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible, and you don't bite off more than you can chew. If you have found a house that you think is perfect for your family, why not get a mortgage application form from Advantage Home Rates and start the application process. If you have any question, just contact them in their website and they are to help you.
